As part of the year-round program called “Spotlight Varieties”, wines made from the featured grape varieties will also appear at Rosalia. Enhancing the wine culture experience of the festival, visitors can enjoy special pop up tastings showcasing the versatile Kékfrankos from the Danube region countries and the incredibly popular Sauvignon Blanc.
Festival-goers will be guided into the secrets of these two highlighted grape varieties by winemakers exhibiting at Rosalia, during four free pop up tastings held on Saturday and Sunday at various times.
Beyond Local Waters: International Pop-up Tastings
As part of the Pop up Tasting Series, wine lovers with a gourmet spirit will have the chance to broaden their horizons through two exciting international tastings. These sessions will be led by French winemakers and will feature natural wines as well as sparkling selections from Alsace. This is a unique opportunity to explore distinctive wine styles and engage in cross-cultural conversations with the producers.
