The culinary journey begins with Raclette by Lili, serving gently melting French alpine cheese over freshly baked crispy baguettes topped with various premium ingredients. Next comes the juicy Zing Burger, made with high-quality local ingredients and Angus beef patties from Balatonfenyves. For seafood lovers, the Nemo Fish and Chips and Seafood Truck is a must-visit, offering golden crispy-coated tender seafood delights like fish and chips, calamari rings, and king prawns.

Representing classic festival cuisine, Országkonyha brings hearty flatbreads, freshly fried dishes, and traditional lángos, ensuring everyone finds the perfect bite to enjoy alongside their favorite wine. Balkan cuisine enthusiasts will be delighted by the offerings from Csevapivo, where authentic South Slavic dishes and warm hospitality recall fond memories of seaside holidays. This year, for the first time, Rosalia guests can enjoy csevap and pljeskavica just like in Croatia. For Hungarian flavors, visitors should stop by the Dr Ignácz Kolbász Manufaktúra stand, known for gourmet sausage selections, traditionally smoked and cured bacon, and other meat specialties.

Those with a sweet tooth are also in for a treat. Waffle Dog kicks things off with bubble waffles, traditional Belgian waffles, and their own handcrafted milkshake creations. The dessert experience continues at Bolka Dessert Boutique, where visitors can indulge in cool summer-inspired treats like ice creams made from sparkling wine, fresh rosé, elderflower, and berries. Chocolate treats, freshly baked savory scones, and crunchy snacks are also excellent companions to a glass of wine.

Children can look forward to a sweet treat of freshly baked chimney cakes from Vitéz Kürtös, soft and fluffy on the inside yet perfectly crispy on the outside, cooked over charcoal and available in special flavors.
