For the first time ever, Rosalia Borpiknik ran for four full days and we can say it loud and proud: summer officially exploded into life! Glorious weather treated wine lovers to sunshine and warm, friendly vibes every single day. Nearly 25,000 guests gathered in the heart of the city to sip wine, unwind, soak up the festival buzz and collect unforgettable memories.

Wine enthusiasts were spoiled for choice: alongside outstanding selections from renowned Hungarian wineries, the lineup included refreshing proseccos and sparkling wines from abroad. Those looking to deepen their wine knowledge or experience something unique could join daily free pop-up tastings that offered behind-the-scenes glimpses into celebrated winemakers’ secrets. As for food, the culinary scene ranged from crispy street food classics to refined gourmet bites, every dish promised a new taste journey.

Rosalia was far more than just a wine festival, it brought joy to the whole family. On Saturday and Sunday, the Creative Corner tent buzzed with activity, as kids made small souvenirs, and the boldest even crafted their own mini guitars and strummed them proudly! Many visitors joined the dog-friendly programs, where four-legged friends could participate in fun competitions and playful challenges.

It was hard to say which festival glass became the ultimate favorite this year. The Little Prince design or the French bulldog chilling in a yoga pose, because by the end of Rosalia, both had completely sold out. Renting glasses was also a hit among the kind-hearted (or forgetful), and the unreturned glass deposit will be donated to two local animal shelters.

The incredible vibe pulsed until dawn on the first three days and on Sunday, the energy kept flowing well into the evening. During the day, live concerts on the Rosalia Stage set the mood, while after sunset, local and international DJs turned up the tempo, keeping the crowd dancing under the stars.

Sunday’s Rosalia Brunch turned out to be a real crowd favorite. The park filled with clinking glasses of bubbly, tasty bites, and laid-back picnic groups. Many planned to stop by for just an hour and ended up staying until the last moments of Rosalia.

Chilled rosé, golden sunshine, picnic vibes, the perfect kickoff to summer!
