Can I return the glass?

The purchased glass, as well as the glass included in the Deluxe package, cannot be returned. However, this year you will once again have the option to rent a glass at the Liget Pont stand.

Can I bring my dog to the Rosalia Wine Picnic?

If you don’t want to leave your pet at home, you may bring them to the festival at your own responsibility, on a leash. As a responsible owner, we trust that you will clean up after your dog if needed. In return, we will provide a dog refreshment point with drinking water for them. We recommend attending the busier afternoon and evening hours without your dog.

Lost and found: who should I contact?

Please hand in any found items to the Organizers at Liget Pont or to the security staff. You can also look for your lost items at the same places. After the event, found items will be kept until 30 June.

Do you charge a handling fee?

No handling fee is charged for online ticket purchases made through our own system.

Can I use my SZÉP card?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept SZÉP cards for either online or on-site purchases. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I redeem my advance glass ticket on any day?

Yes.
